Suresh Ramachandra (Suri)
Suri has spent 18 years in the corporate world in India and US before setting up SNORG. His expertise in organizational assessment and process change has seen him lead companies in the Electronic Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, Information Technology and service Industries.. His last assignment was as Global HR Head - Mphasis Corporation.
Laxmi Mani
Laxmi brings with her 20 yrs of global HR work experience and is a specialist in the area of Compensation & Benefits. Prior to joining SNORG, she was a Senior consultant with Hewitt and prior to that an AVP (C&B) with Citibank
Niyati Sharma
Before joining SNORG, Niyati had 13 yrs of experience working in the IT and Pharma spaces with organisations like Mphasis, Hexaware etc in the areas of HR, Recruitment and Resource Management. Her last assignment was as Head of Staffing for Mphasis, Mumbai.
