Laxmi Mani
Laxmi brings with her 20 yrs of global HR work experience and is a specialist in the area of Compensation & Benefits. Prior to joining SNORG, she was a Senior consultant with Hewitt and prior to that an AVP (C&B) with Citibank
Niyati Sharma
Before joining SNORG, Niyati had 13 yrs of experience working in the IT and Pharma spaces with organisations like Mphasis, Hexaware etc in the areas of HR, Recruitment and Resource Management. Her last assignment was as Head of Staffing for Mphasis, Mumbai.
Arpita Agarwal
Is a Post graduate in Computers and has been in recruitment for many years. She has worked in multiple roles as recruiter, team lead & recently as Program Manager.
She brings experience in recruitment ,customer management and overall people management.
