Suresh Ramachandra (Suri)
With over 18 years of experience Suri is a change agent and consultant. His expertise in organizational assessment and process change has seen him lead companies in the Electronic Manufacturing, Consumer Electronics, Information Technology and service Industries. He specializes in consulting in key HR domains like Recruiting, Resource Management and International workgroup deployment, Training and Mentoring. His interventions include system-wide diagnosis, strategic planning and building bias for change. Suri strongly believes that honesty, and hard works are the keys to success. He is leading and shaping SNORG. His last assignment was as the global HR Head for Mphasis Corporation.
Laxmi Mani
Laxmi has climbed the ladder of success in the most challenging way and her self-confidence gave her the strength to fight every barrier. A former Associate VP of Citibank and Hewitt Associates she is an integral part of SNORG.
Niyati Sharma
Niyati has 13 yrs of experience,. She has worked in the IT and Pharma Industries in the areas of HR, Recruitment and Resource Management, She has worked with organizations like Hexaware and Mphasis. Her last assignment was with Mphasis as Head of Staffing for Mumbai.
